Court-Ordered Demolition of Extension to "Spar" Supermarket in Almaty
A court has ordered the demolition of a supermarket extension in Almaty due to construction permit violations by LLP 'KBE Group'.
An extension to a supermarket located in the center of Almaty has been dismantled following a court order. According to the Urban Planning Control Department, the extension to the "Spar" supermarket at 510a Seifullin Avenue was demolished.
Previously, during an unscheduled inspection, the Department took administrative actions against the LLP "KBE Group" for lacking the necessary permits for construction, issuing a directive to address the reported violations.
Following the inspection, due to non-compliance with the directive, the case was forwarded to court. The Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court upheld the Department's claim in its entirety.
The demolition was carried out by the owner in accordance with the court's decision.
