"TURGYNDAR AMANATY": a forum on housing management was held in Zhezkazgan
A forum on housing management took place in Zhezkazgan, focusing on legislation changes and homeowner participation.
In the city of Zhezkazgan, a forum-seminar "Managing a House: Responsibility, Trust, Result" took place as part of the party project of the AMANAT party "TURGYNDAR AMANATY".
During the forum, participants discussed timely changes in legislation in the field of housing and communal services (HCS). Issues of transparency and accountability in the management of multi-apartment housing stock and increasing the participation of homeowners were also addressed.
The event was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Mynbaev, the Akim of Ulytau region Dastan Ryspekov, deputies, industry experts, and representatives of management organizations.

As a result of the meeting, participants noted the need to combine the efforts of the state, management organizations, and citizens for further improvement of the HCS system. It was noted that the "TURGYNDAR AMANATY" project is aimed at developing a modern and effective housing sector management system, according to the statement.
