Now you can submit gas meter readings through eGov Mobile

In the eGov Mobile application, a new service has been implemented – QazaqGaz Aimaq, allowing users to independently submit gas meter readings online.

This service eliminates the need to wait for a controller's visit and fill out paper documents. Artificial intelligence also ensures the accuracy of the submitted readings. Previously, the ability to submit gas meter readings online was only available through the QazaqGaz Aimaq application. Now this feature is also available in eGov Mobile, allowing users to avoid installing additional applications.

Among the main advantages of the new service are time savings and more accurate billing for gas based on actual readings. A key feature is the automatic verification of readings using artificial intelligence, which compares the meter’s photo with the entered data and detects possible discrepancies before submission. This eliminates typos and errors during manual input, protecting users from incorrect charges and removing the need for additional verification by the controller.

Readings are accepted from the 25th to the 5th of each month. Online submission reduces the likelihood of errors during manual input, makes accounting for actual gas consumption more accurate, and ensures secure data transmission through the state digital platform.
