Public Meeting Held on Management of Multi-Apartment Residential Buildings
Public meeting in Kazakhstan addresses management issues of multi-apartment residential buildings, including responsibilities and inspections.
Bakhytzhan Zhunisbekov, Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a public meeting to discuss the management of multi-apartment residential buildings.
During the meeting, issues were addressed regarding the delineation of responsibilities for defects in multi-apartment buildings, the activities of chairpersons of homeowners' associations, as well as the transfer of technical and other documentation related to multi-apartment buildings.
Attendees received explanations in accordance with current legislation. Topics such as the technical inspection of residential buildings, maintenance of shared property, and the powers of homeowners' associations were also discussed.
Special attention was given to the protocol for interaction between apartment owners, homeowners' associations, developers, and housing inspections. Participants were informed of the roles and legal mechanisms available to resolve any issues that may arise.
