Recognition of Certain Decisions of the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat as Invalid

The communal state institution "Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of North Kazakhstan Region" has developed a draft decision of the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat "On the Recognition of Certain Decisions of the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat as Invalid." In connection with the approval of the Standard Rules for the Improvement of Territories of Cities and Settlements, effective from June 3, 2026, previously effective rules have become invalid. Therefore, the following decisions of the regional maslikhat are subject to repeal:

• Decision dated April 11, 2017 No. 13/21 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Improvement of Territories of Cities and Settlements of North Kazakhstan Region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 4177).

• Decision dated June 27, 2018 No. 22/5 "On Amendments and Additions to the Decision dated April 11, 2017 No. 13/21" (registered under No. 4830).

• Decision dated October 4, 2019 No. 37/3 "On Amendments to the Decision dated April 11, 2017 No. 13/21" (registered under No. 5999).

• Decision dated June 24, 2020 No. 44/4 "On Amendments and Additions to the Decision dated April 11, 2017 No. 13/21" (registered under No. 64130).

• Decision dated June 30, 2023 No. 4/7 "On Amendments to the Decision dated April 11, 2017 No. 13/21" (registered under No. 7548-15).

• Decision dated June 24, 2024 No. 15/5 "On Amendments to the Decision dated April 11, 2017 No. 13/21".
