Press Release on the Draft Decision of the North Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat "On Approval of the Rules for the Improvement of the Territories of Cities and Settlements of the North Kazakhstan Region"
The draft decision for new improvement rules in North Kazakhstan is now available for review.
By the order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 3, 2026 No. 282, Typical Rules for the Improvement of the Territories of Cities and Settlements were approved, and the previously effective Typical Rules lost their force.
Based on the foregoing, the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services has developed a draft decision on the Rules for the Improvement of the Territories of Cities and Settlements of the North Kazakhstan Region.
