Notice for Fuel Purchase Applications in Astana by Energy Producers
Astana Energy Management Department begins accepting fuel purchase applications from energy producers for the 2026-2027 heating season.
The Astana City Energy Management Department announces that applications are now being accepted from energy-producing organizations for fuel purchases from August 24 to September 7, 2026. This measure is crucial to ensure an uninterrupted heating season for 2026-2027.
According to paragraph 5 of the Rules for Subsidizing Energy-Producing Organizations for Fuel Purchases, ratified by Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 13, 2017, No. 309, this announcement is made to enhance the reliability of heat supply.
