The current repair of courtyard areas in the 'Nurly Dala' residential complex in the Nauryzbai district of Almaty has been completed. The renovation project covered three courtyards of apartment buildings along Raimbek Avenue, involving 11 residential buildings. As a result, courtyard infrastructure has been updated with new playgrounds, sports zones, and landscaping.

The 'Nurly Dala' residential complex comprises 24 buildings, 2,828 apartments, and 41 entrances. These buildings were commissioned between 2019 and 2020. Since residents moved in, no courtyard repairs had been performed, making this renewal a significant step in enhancing the residential area's amenities.

The project included resurfacing of asphalt and sidewalks, installation of small architectural forms, outdoor fitness equipment, and fencing, as well as the installation of an irrigation system. Play and sports areas were developed, greenery was added, creating a more comfortable environment for residents.

As part of the landscaping efforts, 2,490 shrubs and 39 flowers were planted. To maintain the greenery, 930 meters of drip line irrigation were laid. Playgrounds and sports areas now have 2,123 square meters of tartan surfacing, ensuring a durable and user-friendly environment. Additionally, 2,250 square meters of asphalt surface were renewed, improving the condition of driveways and pedestrian areas.

To organize and demarcate the courtyard space, 454 meters of fencing were installed. Furthermore, 24 outdoor fitness stations were set up for physical activities in the fresh air, along with 25 small architectural forms to enhance comfort and leisure in the courtyards.

The construction work began in August 2026 and finished in October. Consequently, the three courtyard areas now boast a refreshed appearance and functional spaces for walking, sports, and children's activities. The project aims to improve the urban environment and create comfortable conditions for residents, reports ЖКХ24, citing the website of Almaty's Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services.
