Transfer of Unused Regional Public Property for Lease in West Kazakhstan Region

As of October 1, 2026, the Department of State Procurement and Public Property of the West Kazakhstan Region has concluded and currently enforces 337 lease agreements for regional public property. The rental income has amounted to 190.3 million tenge.

14. Premises measuring 24.7 square meters located at ZKO, Burlinsky District, Bumakol Village District, Bumakol Village, Lineinaya Street, house 6;
15. Premises with equipment available for 2 months measuring 391.9 square meters located at ZKO, Terekti District, Podstepnoe Village, Bereke Microdistrict, building 29;
16. Premises with equipment available for 4 months measuring 391.9 square meters located at ZKO, Terekti District, Podstepnoe Village, Bereke Microdistrict, building 29;
17. Premises with equipment available for 12 months measuring 391.9 square meters located at ZKO, Terekti District, Podstepnoe Village, Bereke Microdistrict, building 29.
