Information on the transfer of unused regional communal property for property lease (rent)

The Department of Public Procurement and Communal Property of the Western Kazakhstan Region has concluded and is currently executing 298 property lease agreements for regional communal property as of July 1, 2026. Revenue from rent payments amounted to 139.2 million tenge.

The following unused regional communal property objects are available for property lease (rent):

• a part of a premises of 2.0 sq.m. located at: WKR, Zhanibek District, village of Zhanibek, Zhenis Street, house 17, letter A;
• a part of a premises of 2.0 sq.m. located at: WKR, Chingirlausky District, village of Shyngyrlau, Kazakhstan Street, building 16, letter B;
• a part of a premises of 2.0 sq.m. located at: WKR, Kaztalovsky District, rural district of Zhalpakstalsky, village of Zhalpaktal, E.Aksyikov Street, building 18, letter A;

• premises of 24.7 sq.m. located at: WKR, Burlynsky District, rural district of Bumakolsky, village of Bumakol, Lineynaya Street, house 6;
• premises with equipment for 2 months, area of 391.9 sq.m. located at: WKR, Terraktyn District, village of Podstepnoe, microdistrict Bereke, building 29;
• premises with equipment for 4 months, area of 391.9 sq.m. located at: WKR, Terraktyn District, village of Podstepnoe, microdistrict Bereke, building 29;
• WKR, Terraktyn District, Podstepnoe village, Bereke microdistrict, facilities of 391.9 sq.m. for 12 months;
• premises with equipment, area of 210.7 sq.m located at: WKR, city of Uralsk, Sybaga Street, building 1/2.
